"What was said about SEC - NYSE listing issues?" SEC? SGI has no SEC problems that I know of. As to the NYSE listing issue that's another rhetorical question Don...but, OK, I'll be your straight man...during the CC, NADA, not a word. However, in the 10K SGI said delisting is "likely" and I take them at their word. In fact, delisting is probably the most important factor determining SGI's stock price today...the sooner the company bites the bullet the better. Hey, NASDAQ, AMEX, OTC:BB will work anyway...at least until the "partnership" issue is resolved...and I continue to think we're going to hear more about THAT issue soon.
