slacker ... have you read Part VII of Broadcom's suit ... they even object to Qualcomm buying Flarion and how having Flarion will injure Broadcom's business. How's this? Couldn't Broadcom or anyone else have gone after and purchased Flarion? Ridiculous.

From a common sense standpoint, this is a total joke. They chose not to compete with Qualcomm and then complain about the competition.
