The "fetus in feti" is not a human person philosophically or legally. And biologically it has no human attributes other than a genetic code--no thoughts, no feelings.

It has no "rights" because it has no "interest". It cannot benefit from any action or inaction because it has no means to judge or experience value or benefit.

Removing such a parasite can only be a good thing. Of what value is a mindless peace of tissue?
