And a judge found mr. bill guilty of perjury and obstruction of justice and mr. bill did not contest that finding. Based upon unrefuted public witness of Mr. Libby's conversations he is guilty of no crime in his conversations based his memory or the memory of others. No guilt of crime on Mr. Libby has been announced by fitz.
