They're dipping into their savings, retirements, bubblicious house equity to fund their way of life and keep the economy rolling for the time being.

The numbers are astonishing. In the meantime, Republicans are trying to figure out how to take more money from the poor and uninsured and elderly in order to give more money to Halliburton, Bechtel, ExxonMobil, Chevron and, of course, themselves.

Republicans have become nothing but dictators and thieves.

It is amusing, and largely not followed by corporate media, that Poppy Bush is publicly whacking Baby Bush upside the head for his idiotic activities. He does it in the guise of Scowcroft but it's Poppy all the same.
