ASND hit a new 52 week low today - in fact according to the SI chart,
it hit a 20 month low today.

In 1996 earnings were $0.89, I believe. 1997 earnings are expected
to be $1.25 in 1997 - using J.P. Morgan's .11 downword revision today.

In March 1996 (the last qtr ASND was lower), revs were $91.1M vs $311.7M
last qtr. New Income tripled from $20.9M to $62.4M. Add in CSCC market
and the long term looks great.

So today I sold my position in SHVA and bought ASND at $35.5 near the
end. I know all about "falling knives", but this was just too good
to pass up, IMO.

However, from a disciplined investor perspective I have "lost it"
in the last week on this stock. My portfolio is now way too heavily
skewed towards ASND.

I obviously need a rest - an ASND break if you will.
I'm going to restrict my posts and concentrate on other issues that I
have neglected, until ASND moves back above $40. Who knows? That could be
next week or next quarter, but it WILL come.

Well, I'm off to a poker game tonight. That ought to start my ASND
withdrawal "therapy".

Tim has also withdrawn for other reasons. See you guys in the future
sometime (of course by Monday maybe I change my mind again).
