He's apparently a younger version of Scalia and the crowning achievement of the radical rightwing fascists. I agree that the Dems should do some more research, ask their initial questions, get their questionnaire back and then filibuster if that's what is called for. A shut down of the government would be excellent as the Republican controlled government does nothing but TAX & STEAL and start wars that they can't finish.
