Considering SGI has proven year over year it can not profit from it's sales, you have to think what would any suitor gain from buying SGI?

Since SGI has already sold all of the assets which had any value to anyone. Most of their top or important people have already likely found employment elsewhere, what is left?

THE "SGI" name to some degree and SGI contacts and maybe some patents.

Who ever buys SGI it will be a minor event for pennies on it's present value.

As I have stated earlier some big players like GE, GM, Ford or some other big player that can afford to take a loss with the investment. Going private is also a likely outcome.

Any way you look at it NO ONE wins.
