Depends on the subject, Ft; ...since I'm basically semi-retired.
If it's electrical engineering (..power, lighting, grounding, security, communications, energy management, automation, robots, controls, process instrumentation, cell phone towers/sites, etc..) then I might be available on a contractual/project hourly fee basis - if the work interested me. I've also done some capital acquisition and business development on occasion for start-up technical and/or R&D companies that happen to trip my trigger.
If it's doing Boards on SI or elsewhere, that's just a Pro Bono hobby; and I also help out my friends when they ask (..or, sometimes if I needle them a little bit..). A "..Board Box.. can be a beautiful thing, aye....
