maybe Qcom ought to add a clause to its licensing agreements that any complaint filed in a court of law or commission that challenges the validity of the license agreement, royalty rates or practices shall be deemed to immediately terminate the agreement and the licensee's right to use any patents covered thereby.

why should someone be allowed to sign a contract and then go to court in an effort to renege, meanwhile continuing to obtain the benefits of the contract?
