Gore won in 2000. Bush-Rove cheated and used several major dirty tricks and fixes to steal it. 57,700 mainly black voters cut from the rolls, then lots of smaller shenanigans, and finally their crony Scalia in the Supreme Court who made it impossible to ever know who really won. Ohio was a total corrupt mess in 2004 as well. At least 40,000 Kerry votes were denied him. Probably a lot more.
