It appears that the American people are not all that charmed by the accuracy "lite" approach of this administration. In my view we're TOO "lite" in dealing with this issue. We need to be more outright forceful with our demands that governments in the region "deal" with those are promoting, financing, and logistically enabling Islamic Militancy. And we need to discuss the demographic and economic picture more publicly.. 50% of Saudi Arabia is under 18-19 years of age.. Yet.. they STILL have 30% unemployment there, despite having 5 million foreign workers in indentured servitude to keep the country running. That's a lot of "idle hands" looking for some purpose to their lives. And probably accounts for why over 3/4 of all suicide bombers come from there.. We all know that terrorism will succeed when it is not forcefully opposed and its support network destroyed. It's just plain common sense that people will pray for someone to confront those heavily armed thugs who prey upon them.. Hell, we see it in our own society with street gangs... "Don't get involved".. "It's someone else's problem".. So the logic dictates that IF LEFT UNOPPOSED, Islamic militants will eventually overthrow the current (corrupt) regimes and replace them with Islamic States.. Not just countries with Muslim populations, but full-fledged theocracies. And then Islamic Militants will possess both the economic and International political power to dictate terms to the rest of the world that relies upon fossil fuels. And they will use that oil weapon to destroy the western economy and fuel the creation of the "Caliphate" and wage their Jihad against the West.. If that scenario doesn't scare people... Well, let's just not even go there... Hawk
