This was expected. You could hear it the analysts voice he wanted answers and was not getting them. The downgrade was expected ***after*** he told his pals to exit.
There needs to be some serious pressure applied to CH, until the board does this, there will be more of the same.

I bet there is a delay in reaching CF+...it will be something, maybe a terrorist attack, political uprising, iceberg meltdown or sunspots but they will have an excuse. And even if they reach it, where then? This is not a profit machine no matter what the time frame and as soon as CH realizes that he will sell this POS.
