So you agree fitz didn't charge anyone with outting her, 2 years and 24 million for what ????????? The investigation isn't over. Fitz didn't charge anyone for outing Plame because: 1.) I. Lewis Libby, obstructed justice, committed perjury and lied to investigators. 2.) The way the law is written Fitz would have to prove that the leaking party knew that Plame's status was classified at the time of the leak. About the only party that is easily proven to have known that Plame's identity was classified was Joseph Wilson and he wasn't indicted. If Wilson had outed his wife, then it's a slam dunk. The claim that Wilson outed his wife at parties was fabricated. jttmab
