Rove will probably be indicted. He's guilty. But evgen if he isn't, he should be fired. He spoke to reportsrs about a covert CIA agent. That's outrageously unethical. Fitzgerald explained clearly why they hadn't been charged with leaking a CIA agent's name. Read his speech. It had a lot to do with the White House stonewalling and lying to Fitzgerald for two years. Also, Fitz wants to prove motive first. But Rove may still be indicted for perjury. His excuse was "I forgot" which is flimsy at best. I'm sure Fitzgerald sees right through it. ROve doesn't forget anything
