Maybe I'm missing something here, but I thought every industry has some type of quality control and improvement program. I think you
are highlighting that and maybe for the same reasons many other people
may have made note of it. It may have been referred to only as a means of assuring people that they are always concerned and vigilant. I don't know. If, as has been noted, the releases were a bit more substantial or better constructed we would all be able to save some
skin from our typing fingers.
