The most telling paragraph of the whole release:

"Because the quarter ended June 30, 1996 included certain non-recurring transactions such as the Victoria studio sale and the sale of certain licensing rights, the results may not be indicative of future performance. Additional information on these and other factors which could affect the company's financial results are included in the company's reports oForm 10-K and 10-Q on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission."

I can't wait to see the 10-K and 10-Q :)
