False, Gun Control Act governs, and FULLY regulates ALL firearms whether they are a .22 single shot or a machine gun...only law abiding citizens, who register and aren't alcoholics, adjudicated mentally defective, who live in States that allow MG ownership, who aren't non resident aliens, who aren't guilty of domestic violence, and who can PASS and FBI Background check can POSSESS any firearm.

If MGs are so dangerous, why do the police demand that they have them? The police don't need them to go duck hunting do they?
