You mean in the criminal trial, that if the admin. claims 'national security' and 'executive privilege' that would shield the V.P. and his staff from having to answer a lot of questions at the trial? --- well, that would kinda hang ole Scooter out to dry, now wouldn't it?

And, as the nation learned during the Paula Jones civil suit against President Clinton, the rules for evidence are less rigorous and restrictive during a civil trial, as compared to a criminal trial. So, testimony is likely to be much more wide-ranging in Wilson's expected civil suit....
