The constitution is quite specific. Those like Kenneth E. Phillipps who don't care for the words of the constitution want it ignored for whatever agenda makes them feel good. I read Judge Alito's rational for his position and only a brain dead person might question it. Could Kenneth E. Phillipps the leading brain dead poster explain what is wrong with Judge Alito's rationale.
