Libby is charged with perjury and obstruction of justice. Given that fact, he's still innocent until proven guilty. The pattern of lies all point to Libby, and I see why Fitzgerald indicted him. Fitzgerald tried to find the truth in this case. But as he said it was difficult, because the umpire had sand thrown in his eyes. Getting to the truth was difficult. So for two years, he has been confronted by lies. Those lies are chronicled in the indictment, and they all weave the same pattern...with Libby saying that other reporters told him that Plame was CIA...and all the reporters saying the opposite...in some cases that Libby spoke to them about it. And in some of those cases he asked not to be identified as a senior whitehouse official. Orca
