For better or worse, the UN sanctioned the creation of TWO states: one Israeli and one Palestinian. The Jews siezed the opportunity, yet the Palestinians along with the Arab decided to wage eternal war.

So what I'd say is that the Arabs and Muslims sided with Hitler in WWII and they lost that war. So tough shit. The world order, as established by the UN after WWII included a state for Israel. If the Arabs can't live with that, then they better plan on the next 50 years fighting a war that they will never win and one that will guarantee to keep them backwards and isolated.

Seems to me that any smart culture would see the dead end and decide to turn over a new leaf, but then again, that would be a sign of a healthy, introspective culture.
