Well, clearly... if he or his wife file suit --- the 'status' will have changed from the current condition of 'no suit'. <G>

But, I very much doubt that you'll need to wait for the statute of limitations to grind down before you can breathe easy. (What has been rumored is a filing first half of next year.)

PS --- how far removed in time was Paula Jones from the events she based her civil suit on, when she actually filed?
