I don't see much value in any religions. To me, they just seem like society's appendix. It may have had some function once, but that was a while back. It does nothing positive, but it's likely to become infected, fill up with pus, and cause some real trouble.

Religions are just organized superstition people are encouraged to hypnotize themselves into believing. The Muslims are so good at it, they can willingly blow themselves up. Where are the Christians and Jews with equal conviction? There seems to be a faith gap, and it scares us. We can't even get OUR young people to join the Army! The Japanese did it in WWII, and not even for 70 virgins, just for the Emperor. Don't we have ANY young Republicans willing to get off the blogs and go blow themselves up for George W. Bush?
