Well thought out article and right to the point. I must admit that I'm no longer a fan of Dell. It's just a hassle to do business with Dell. Poor tech support, phone hell, just not focused on the customer any longer. I just as soon by my next computer at Best Buy, PC Club, or just build my own. Sorry to see this happen to Dell. I bought computers from them when they were a "techie company". Now, it's just to hard to deal with them. Stock Bull
