I have no doubt Mr. Libby did not lie. I can see how tim russett would have a real reason to deny Mr. Libby's recollection. How would russett have known about Ms Plame???

Mr Libby told the same story 4 times, so 5 counts is a joke. One count of lying or perjury and obstruction is just piling on.
