Re: "Rove is guilty of outing a CIA agent even though he hasn't yet been charged." That's a fine sense of justice, and a fine legal mind you display there. Not. Re: "they knew damn well she was a covert CIA agent." That she was covert seems unlikely and isn't confirmed by even Fitzgerald. This doesn't mean she wasn't (though it seems that under the law she didn't meet the standard). A more likely notion is they believed she was not covert, and so felt free. This comports with the "fair game" comment alleged by Chris Matthews. Dan B.
