I am aware of the ICMX situation in its entirety. My statement as to the few pennies per share is based up my observation of shareholder payouts in several other companies. You have to remember that all Government costs in pursuing this action,i.e. the SEC, the DOJ the SEC and the lawyers involved all have to be paid out of thew escrow account before anything flows to shareholders. I wish this were different but this is exactly why there is an uproar about class action law suits. These suits are financed by the lawyers involved and they do so to earn money. Their fees are typically very very high and in most cases unconscionable. But that's our law. Remember our Government is dominated by lawyers who pass laws for the benefit of their fellow lawyers and not for you or me.
