It's not a non issue. Clearly it's been the most important thing keeping the stock a "penny" for some time. What it is now though is an opportunity to make some money... the next few days leading up to delisting will be a time to hold your nose and go for it. I'm in to buy at .45 (a little) and a little more at .40. Future orders will depend on what happens after those limits are reached.
