Classified, covert, clandestine, same thing. The RNC is trying to split hairs by saying Plame wasn't James Bond, but there are many kinds of very important clandestine agents in the CIA< not all of them overseas sneaking down dark alleyways. Plame was an expert in WMD in the middle east. What could be more crucial than that while invading Iraq looking based on claims of WMD? As Joe Scarborough said, if James Carville had done this in the 90's, the GOP would be building the scaffolding to lynch and hang him. Libby and Rove are both traitors and Cheney may be as well.
