Hi SB,

I haven't been able to isolate the cause, but I don't think it's related to charting as I generally don't have charting windows open. What's so frustrating about my crashes is that everything will be fine and I'll be off doing something else, and all of sudden and out of the blue I'll get one of those "we're sorry" XP error windows saying the application has to be closed because of an error. I'm going to start paying much closer attention from now on, but the last time this happened (this morning), I also got another error about a memory error. I was heading out the door and didn't have time to deal with it then, so I didn't write anything down.

I'll take copious notes from now on and start reporting the problem to Schwab.
