Caly, it almost seems like there's a problem with XP running SSP. In my case, I don't get any XP error messages. SSP just drops its connection to the quote server. I have other internet programs running and they don't have any internet connection problems, so I don't think it my connection being at fault. In any event, Schwab's second level tech support is going to call within the next few days. One has to be on a waiting list to get this level of support. Stock Bull
