I'm up for what I put in my prior post. I'm not looking to attack only one aspect of manipulative behavior. I'm not going to be painted into a corner, being asked to prove there is naked shorting or that there are bashers who are paid to bash. I'm not the DTCC. I'm not a broker. I don't work for any public company. So, that's not my job. I want to discuss manipulation and mitigation thereof with respect to MM's, hedgies, as well as touts, underwriters, insiders and managements.

What I do see is that our system is broken and the fix is being held up by people with vested interests. No surprise, it is a factor in every aspect of our lives today. I urge all retail investors to take part in revamping our markets, in reading about scams, including REFCO, including hedge fund activities and including the ways that MM's use and I feel abuse their rights, etc.

My prior post here speaks for itself. Do you disagree with it?
