for those who missed out today: PBLS did 12M volume, mostly on the ask, although the PPS dropped 1.2% to .0295. Some extremely large buys on ask, couple 1Ms even. Not sure why the PPS stayed down, but recall that we had some large volume buys shortly before and during the 20% climb to .045, after which it peaked and dropped again. That peak was accompanied by the acquisition closing PR, so given the pattern of the last few days a PR is a good bet at this point. Also, given the fact that the PPS has stayed relativevly static, it's another good bet that the PPS will rise after the PR is released. I have no idea if one is coming, or when.... just my speculation here, of course. do your own DD, take my info with a grain of salt, etc....
