Its quite conceivable and likely that a neocon put Chalibi in touch with Miller. Given the cozy nature between Miller and Libby and Chalibi, and Libby's strong push that there were WMD's it isn't a strech that Libby was also a source or scared up sources for Miller. Your doing that defective reasoning thing again – using one fact to disprove a whole line of plausible reasoning.
