As to this: He simply assumed that since he had spoken to the individuals most likely to have had dealings with Iraq that any documents would be forgeries. 8 months after the fact. Are you really that naive? As to this: The administration disregarded whatever he had to say. Sorry, jb, but his "report" never made it to the Vice-President or the President. There was nothing to "disregard". As to this: Possibly because it did not fit their agenda. What agenda was that? What you neglect to mention is that the Senate had access to the very same intelligence. And yet the Senate (both Democrats and Republicans) gave the President the authority to use military force.
