Sorry, jb, but his "report" never made it to the Vice-President or the President. There was nothing to "disregard".

What agenda was that? What you neglect to mention is that the Senate had access to the very same intelligence. And yet the Senate (both Democrats and Republicans) gave the President the authority to use military force. Why aren't you taking equally steamed about this? Let me guess... it doesn't fit your agenda? :)
