Nearly every bit of scientific evidence I've seen say's that that's a pretty ridiculous claim.

The female sex drive is at least the equal of the male, if not occassionally it's greater... given the expanded period of the human life cycle during which hormonal influences are paramount. (Sex hormones typically peak in the human male in late teens... while not peaking in the human female until near 30, and maintaining at a higher plateau for longer.)

I believe that with rape and prostitution, what you are looking at is the exercise of POWER (money and power... very similar things in our society). This is a question of CULTURE and SOCIOLOGY, not particularly biology.
