I am not an attorney, so I can't speak to whether laws might have been broken. Why don't you ask them to see a real product and real, objective, unbiased evidence that it actually does something remotely close to what they lead you to believe? Ask them for substance and detailed specifics about their product, not vague, very generic descriptions, and implications? I don't think you'll get much from them because there's nothing there. Instead, they'll clam up and mumble things about "confidential" and "intellectual property" and "pending deals" and so forth, all of which are flashing red lights. My gut level feeling is that these guys, like so many others, are smart enough and have enough legal input to walk the edge, but generally avoid crossing over into clearly fraudulent territory that can be readily proven in a court of law. That's why if you look closely, you will see there is a lot of vague, nebulous talk and suggestions and implications. That is no accident. The good ones don't telegraph their punches. Have you been swindled? I don't know if you have been defrauded according to the legal definition or not. But IMHO you have been intentionally misled for purposes of personal gain at your expense. T
