I spoke with Marinovich of Wave Systems today and here is the skinny. WaveSystems presented their plan to Nasdaq today. Nasdaq will review the presentation and give Wave an answer within 2 weeks. There you have it. Marinovich could not go into detail with respect to what Wave's plans were. He stated that Wave's advisors ( the lawyers) were optimistic that Wave would remain listed on NASDAQ. Please do not interpet this as a guarantee. This was only their opinion. I am hoping we remain listed. If not, and the stock dips, I will try and scoop up some more. Wave is starting to develop the contacts and starting to secure the deals for their technology. If you believe Wave has a future, a possible Nasdaq delisting would only be a short term setback.
