I have seen your prior posts on all these matters, but my question was when you first heard that the attorneys for the distribution put forth the argument/motion, etc to disallow the SEXi shares used to purchase ICMX. It goes to the fact that less shares were put into the "legitimate" pot of shares entitled for the distribution.

Combine that fact with the relatively few shares submitted by individuals, along with the proper documentation that arrived in a timely manner, and you end up with the figure given to me by my attorney, which was $13.5 million for the available $13.7 million.

If I understand you correctly, your opinion is that even with the reduced share count, so that there aren't more shares than available money, the expenses will eat up nearly all the available money collected.

So, since you were hired by the SEC on technical matters, does any recent communication by you with any of your contacts in this case contradict the statements given to me by my attorney?
