You know, as a liberal, with a lot of liberal friends, I've not met any communists since college- in the 80's- and then only one, at Berkeley. And she wasn't even a Russian communist sympathizer, she was more of a utopian idealist, who believed people were quite a bit better than I think they are.

I think some of the folks on this thread have a very rich fantasy life, or they are hanging out with some very weird fringe groups- or maybe both.
