What is a "horrible burden" is having a CIA that houses people like Deutch for awhile, or Plame on WMD, or someone like this who freely gives our enemy a heads up....Congress on both sides of the aisle should be furious about this. Either we have a CIA or we don't....We should stop paying salaries for dustcatchers....and probably traitors.
