RE:"Clinton was THE worst--so far-- in terms of distracting the American taxpayer with his personal charm and disrespecting the Presidency with his Oval Office/Monica shenanigans, all the while squandering U.S. military assets on minor skirmishes around the world which had little or nothing to do with U.S. national security and had not a thing to do with anti-U.S. terrorism--terrorism which arose big-time on our own shores right after he left office. (Don't ask me to elaborate; get out your history books or do a Google search and get a taste of modern history under Clinton. Every President pulls a few boners from time to time. Especially in retrospect.
