Liar. Clarke stated in the 9-11 testimony that he got word from either State or the White House to let the Saudis go. WHomever told you different is a liar. It's true though that Clarke took responsibility, as honest leaders do. The problem with Bushies is they're very corrupt and inept but never take any responsibility.
