Tell me if i'm crazy, but this is how I see it. Mark has a passion for photography/art. Mark went to college to get a degree. Mark has brilliant idea for a TV channel that gets it's product for free. Mark needs financing for dream channel. Mark family knows just the ticket...pennystocks. Mark buys shell company. Mark needs moolah to put the parts together(station, library, office, servers, people, etc). Mark begins promotion of dream station and probably fudges a tini bit on the timeline. Mark's family history keeps stock at such low levels that selling causes stock to flatline. Mark's dream not yet reality so R/S in order to "shock" stock back to life. Buying a station way more expensive than he thought, so more selling and R/S's. Mark's world now being invaded by pissed-off investors who have a better idea of timeline(luckily, he has hired Erikson who is always perky). Mark has dream station up and operational awaiting affiliates. Investors so mad they could spit and believe the whole thing is a scam. OR, the curse has infected my brain. GodBless-NoDoubt cris
