I wish I could find it for you somewhere, but it was old news, circa 1999/2000ish regarding a lawsuit over actual Brokers posting on Yahoo stock message boards. It involved convertibles of some small cap and a bank's brokerage arm. I "THINK" I remember it was either First Union or Wachovia. Anyway these 2 or 3 clowns involved got ahold of loan info, and went on a personal bash to spread rumors and drive down the stock for what was deemed both the banks gain and thier personal accounts as well. They got caught with like 100's of Yahoo posts back and forth between each other. The usual deviant sex bs that clutters and dominates the "hot" stocks, bad company rumors, lies about directors and such, all the usual garbage.
