Mr. Levine, (Former AUSA Breen is now a criminal defense lawyer) will be asking the Judge to sentence me to LIFE in prison. What are the sentencing guidelines/standards/expectations regarding those found guilty of racketeering and securities fraud in this jurisdiction -- anyone know? How many others were found guilty of the above and been sentenced to life in prison in this jurisdiction? Where does one find this type of information?
