Yes, I already read same article and anticipated you would produce this as your evidence that Rove lied. I just don't see that anywhere though, under oath or not. My guess is that the excerpt above is supposed to be your "hard evidence", right?
But the real question is if Rove was indeed asked if he had any conversations with Cooper or not. What it states is no more than he didn't tell the investigators.

Nowhere does this tell that he denied same when asked and you can eat your shorts that if that had been the case it would be all over the press that "Rove lied and denied when asked by the investigators.

Nobody has the plight of getting himself more involved by telling more than asked about when under investigation.
