I own part (shares) of NNVC. And you are so right about Yahoo - they are so full of it that any particular claim of wrongdoing loses any significance. Here, I think it is different. At least to me - I can't recall seeing anything so blatant before. If true, of course - the main thrust of any libel defence being to prove it to be the truth - it stands. Otherwise there will be repercussions. Could be SI is turning into a Yahoo clone? If so, it still doesn't condone such comment, IMHHO.
