In the spirit of your public service announcement, I must say that it has been about 3 months since I saw a "sold" sign on all the for sale homes in my neighborhood- and yet these folks only see it fit to reduce prices from 799k to 794k! I suspect we may see a spike soon in sales #'s if these folks come to their senses and reduce their asking prices.
